Journals and diaries with your name on them, notebooks for a conference, planners for a school, branded stationery for a company or an NGO: Sotrane prints them to your specification, with your logo and your words.
Configure a product to see its price from our price list, or ask for a quotation for anything else. Every order is proofed: nothing is printed until you have approved the proof.
From your idea to a printed box
Price or quotation
Where our price list covers your choices you see the price straight away. Anything else is quoted by the office in writing.
Approve the proof
After payment our designers prepare a proof of your artwork. Production starts only when you approve it.
Collect or receive
Collect from the Sotrane office or have it delivered; delivery is quoted for your destination.
Products you can order
The catalogue is being prepared with photographs of real Sotrane products. In the meantime, ask for a quotation for the journals, diaries, notebooks or stationery you have in mind.
Common questions
Is the on-screen preview exactly what will be printed?
No. It is an approximate preview to help you choose. Colours, sizes and positions are confirmed in the proof you approve before printing.
What files should I send for my logo?
A vector file (PDF, SVG or EPS) is best. Large PNG or JPEG files work too; we warn you if an image looks too small to print sharply.
Can an organisation pay on account?
Orders are normally paid before production. Institutions with a purchase order can ask the office about invoicing on account.
Can I repeat an order?
Yes. A completed order can be repeated from your dashboard with the same specification and artwork.
