Idea for the Book
You begin by developing an idea for your book — whether it's fiction, non-fiction, or academic. This stage defines your vision and the message you want to share with readers.
Discussion with a Consultant/Publisher
You consult with one of our experts at SOTRANE Publishers to refine your concept, explore publishing options, and determine how best to bring your book to life.
Proposal Form
You complete a Book Proposal Form, outlining the book’s genre, target audience, and goals. This helps our team assess your project’s potential and publishing strategy.
Proposal Assessment
Our editorial team carefully reviews your proposal to evaluate its quality and feasibility. We may request additional materials or recommend an initial manuscript review.
Manuscript Appraisal / Review
If requested, you submit your manuscript for appraisal. Our editors review the content, structure, and marketability. An Author Declaration may also be required to secure your rights.
Decision to Publish
Based on appraisal feedback, SOTRANE Publishers decides on publication. Approved authors receive detailed next steps to prepare for the publishing journey.
Submit Manuscript / Technical Services
Once approved, you submit your full manuscript for professional processing. Our team begins editing, design layout, and formatting for both print and digital editions.
Contract
A formal publishing agreement is signed. It covers royalties, rights, and delivery timelines, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding before production begins.
Review Proofs and Revise
You review the proofs of your book and make any necessary adjustments. This ensures that the final version reflects your creative vision perfectly.
Production
The book enters production — including typesetting, eBook formatting, and quality assurance. Our team ensures your book meets international publishing standards.
Publication
Your book is officially published in print and/or digital formats. It’s made available through global distribution platforms for readers worldwide.
Marketing and Sales
