About Me
I am Jive Lubbungu, a lecturer, educator, author, and researcher specializing in Literature in English and sustainable development topics. I currently teach at Kwame Nkrumah University in Zambia.
Background/Education
I hold a PhD in Literature from Africa Research University (2020), an MBA in Project Management, and a Master’s Degree in Literature from University of Zambia.
Why I Choose to Write?
Writing allows me to engage with complex themes like climate change, mental health, and education issues while contributing to academic discourse.
What Drives Me to Keep Writing?
The desire to inspire positive change within academia and society drives me. Feedback, even critical, pushes me to refine and grow as a writer and researcher.
Hobbies
Community engagement, reading, exploring cultural heritage, and research projects are my passions beyond academic teaching.
Past Projects
Published research on climate change mitigation, COVID-19 impacts, and gender-based violence. Currently working on book projects and curriculum development.
