Sylvia Bwalya Mutale-Mwansa is the lead consultant as well as Executive and Leadership Coach and brand owner of the patented change programme “My Process to Mindset Change®”. She is the Founder and CEO of SBM (Simply Best Merchandise) Investment Limited, officially established in 1994, which has made her a leader in the Fashion Industry. Sylvia has numerous plaudits including dressing Presidents, First Ladies, and other VIPs. She is passionate about teaching etiquette for both public office and private life.

Sylvia’s business portfolio extends to printing and advertising solutions. She is personally involved in a lot of her business activities. In consulting, she serves as a Change Agent, Facilitator/Teacher, Executive and Leadership (Business & Relationships) Life Coach. She is also a Neural Linguistic Practitioner (NLP).

Sylvia holds a Master of Business Administration International (MBA(I)) from Edith Cowan University, Australia, and is a completing candidate for Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Binary University of Management and Entrepreneurship. She is also a committed philanthropist.
