About the Author
Rosemary Muma Mulenga (PhD) is a lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University, Zambia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Zambia, a Master’s degree from the University of Dublin, Ireland, and a PhD in Education Management and Administration from the University of Zambia.
Teaching Experience
Rosemary has 30 years of teaching experience. The first thirteen years of her teaching career were spent at Lwitikila Girls’ School in Muchinga Province, where she served both as a teacher and later as the head of the institution. In 2005, she taught at Kweneng International School in Botswana. She has been teaching at Kwame Nkrumah University since 2006 when it was a college, before attaining university status in 2018.
Service and Academic Contribution
Beyond teaching, Rosemary is deeply committed to service and giving back to her community. She has a strong passion for students and is particularly interested in serving the vulnerable. Her scholarly work includes several academic articles that have been widely published in leading international journals.
