Ngosa Chisupa is a governance expert and Fellow of the Institute of Directors (Zambia) with over 30 years of leadership and consulting experience in both the public and private sectors.

He has served on numerous statutory and private sector boards, and as an accredited trainer, has conducted more than 90 training sessions on corporate governance, stakeholder management, and governance of strategy.

Ngosa has played a key role in implementing national programmes such as social security reform and digital transformation, representing Zambia at international conferences and serving on high-level committees.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Development and Policy Management from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, along with several professional certificates that enhance his expertise.
