She is both a scientist and an artist, blending a distinguished career in public health, environmental science, and global health security with a deep passion for poetry and creative expression. Her writing reflects the soul of her homeland, celebrating life’s journeys and the pride in belonging to both Africa and Zambia, while also drawing on her extensive professional experiences and reflections on humanity, resilience, and well-being.

Education Background

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment and Natural Resources Management from the University of Zambia and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Public Health Management from the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom. She is currently studying for a PhD in Public Health at the University of Pretoria in South Africa.

She also serves as a mentor and leader in various initiatives in Zambia and South Africa. Above all, she is a devoted mother of two boys, whose lives continue to inspire both her professional purpose and creative work.
