Dr. Attridge Mwelwa, with a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Industrial Relations, has over a decade of experience in banking operations and international banking. She excelled at Barclays Bank Zambia Plc in customer service coaching and stakeholder relations, represented Barclays workers internationally, and received a fellowship at the ILERA European Regional Congress in Milan.

Professional Experience

Dr. Mwelwa served as a National Executive Committee Member of ZUFIAW, managing grievances and providing labour relations training. She is currently a Programme Leader at Unicaf University Zambia, with expertise in module development and occupational health and safety education, underscoring her leadership in industrial relations, banking, and higher education.
