About the Author
Godrington Chabu is a BA, MPA, and MPSM graduate, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology. He is currently a Lecturer in Public Administration and Head of the Governance and Public Administration Department in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Zambian Open University. With over twenty years of experience in lecturing and research at tertiary level, Godrington Chabu has worked with reputable Zambian institutions, including the University of Zambia (as a Tutor) and the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) as a Senior Consultant.
