Fumba Chama, widely known as Pilato, is a distinguished Zambian musician, playwright, and poet. He is a leading figure in creative arts and human rights advocacy. As Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts, he blends artistic vision with policy leadership to shape Zambia's cultural future.

Born in 1984 in Ndola on the Copperbelt, he is the second eldest in a family of four boys. His artistic journey has inspired a generation through thought-provoking works. As a 2018 Inequality Fellow, he champions social justice and equality, using his voice to address societal issues.
